It’s been a long time since my last post, but I am surprised at how The Row for fall 2012 has lingered in my memory. There has been much made of seasonless dressing, but this collection for The Row is the most natural expression of that idea I’ve seen to date.  A quick glance at the pictured look gives the impression of a warm-weather outfit, but another second longer and the fur registers. I’m not proposing that this is a practical look for anyone other than women like the Olsens themselves. However, for the rest of us, I think it adds new possibilities for the mixing of styles we do in our own wardrobes.
